Seriously! She has her moments, her accidents, but all-in-all she is a wicked awesome dog.
Things we have learned the last two weeks -
- Mastered sitting
- Learning "lay"
- How to ring the bells to go outside. This is an accomplishment! She is doing so great with this and we are so happy its working! Now, to just train Brad to actually HEARING the bells...
- How to splash water out of her water bowl. This is a new discovery and she certainly can make a mess. But, she loves the reaction she gets and the mess she makes.
- Slowly learning to bark. She doesn't do it when people come over, but she barks to be let back in from the outdoors.
- Jump up and put her paws on the kitchen table or the kitchen counter. This is a BIG no-no and results in being scolded, but the food just smells so good.
- Learning not to beg when we eat at the dinner table. This is nice because Brad and I both agree that a "no begging" dog is key.
- Playing with only her toys. Minus a couple times where she had grabbed our shoes or our socks, she is REALLY good about only playing with her toys. She has a bone [which is her favorite to chew], a sheep, a teddy bear, 2 balls, a frisbee and her most favorite toy is the obnoxious sounding empty water bottles. But, she LOVES them. Seriously... See below.
We just love her.. to pieces.. and spoil her.. FREAKING ROTTEN!
